The changeable sculpture TODAY is the first collection by Woodscape.
It is a sculpture that transforms through you.
It gives you a moment to rest and contemplate. It´s a tactile enjoyment of wood and form.
With your hands you create your own sculpture, and the possibilities are endless.
There is a nature and a unica collection.
The sculpture consists of six wooden forms made in walnut or oak. They are shaped to fit naturally in your hands.
Each form is cut from a solid piece of wood highlighting the beautiful grain structures. The wood is FSC-certified and made in Denmark.

All wooden form are hand painted by visual artist Gitte Winther and comes with a handmade certificate.
"It's amazing and challenging to choose the colors of this art sculpture. From the cold to warm colors,
from dark to bright, from harmonies to contrast. Each color are painted four times at all angles of the wood shapes.
The choice of colors means everything, they need to add something extra to the dynamics and variability of the sculpture.
In each color stroke and choice, I experience the same sense of opportunities that exists in the way in which TODAY's tree shapes can be composed. "
